To create your Classic Silhouette Print, please complete this form. If you already have a silhouette on file with us, you can select it from your previous orders. If you are submitting a new silhouette, please upload a clear side-profile photo of your child

If you are ordering multiple prints or for multiple children, please submit a separate form for each.

Make sure the face is in focus, well-lit, and hair is visible — this will be used to create the custom artwork. If you are using an existing silhouette on file, you may skip this step and indicate which silhouette you'd like to use in the Special Requests below.
